Best Luxury Lease Deals October 2026: Volvo XC40 Leads

The 2026 Volvo XC40 is the best luxury lease deal in October 2026 at 0.97% LVR, $369 a month with $3,189 due at signing. It’s the only luxury vehicle rated Good this month, and Volvo’s XC90 is second at 1.02%.
The Lexus NX 450h+ lost the top spot it held for six months after a $20 payment increase. Thirteen deals now rate Fair or better, up from six, though higher listed sticker prices explain part of that. The field grew to 105 offers from 71.
We ranked every advertised luxury lease offer this month by Lease Value Ratio: your monthly payment plus due at signing spread evenly across the term, divided by the sticker price.
Top Luxury Lease Deals for October 2026 [Video]

- The Lexus NX 450h+ ends a six-month run at the top, slipping to 1.15% after a $20 payment increase
- The BMW 3 Series leads luxury cars at 1.09%, and the new BMW i4 is the best electric luxury lease at 1.13%
- The tracked field grew to 105 deals from 71. Part of this month’s improvement comes from higher listed sticker prices, which lower the ratio on an unchanged payment
Top 5 luxury SUV lease deals
Top 5 luxury SUV picks for October 2026, ranked by Lease Value Ratio.
The XC40 is the best luxury lease in October 2026 at 0.97%, and the only one rated Good. Volvo cut the payment $30 to $369 a month, with $3,189 due at signing over 36 months.
The listed sticker also rose from $41,195 to $47,300, which accounts for much of the move from 1.18% in September.
The three-row XC90 jumped from 1.28% to 1.02% after Volvo cut the due at signing from $7,219 to $3,719. The $599 payment didn’t change.
That’s $702 a month in true cost on a $68,800 SUV, and it puts Volvo first and second in the whole luxury field.
The GLB carries the same deal as September, $329 a month with $4,503 at signing over 24 months. It’s still tied with the GLA for the cheapest luxury payment on the page.
A higher listed sticker of $45,150 moved it from 1.18% to 1.14%. The short term is the catch, because spreading the upfront cash over 24 months adds $188 a month.
The NX 450h+ led luxury SUVs for six straight months and slips to fourth. Lexus raised the payment $20 to $599, and the ratio went from 1.12% to 1.15%.
It’s still the best plug-in hybrid luxury lease we track. The bigger RX 450H+ is next at 1.18%.
The 2027 XC60 is new this month and gives Volvo three of the top five luxury SUVs. It’s $499 a month with $5,099 at signing on a $54,900 sticker, 1.17%.
It sits between the XC40 and XC90 in size and price, and it’s the newest model year of the three.

Top 5 luxury sedan and coupe picks for October 2026, ranked by Lease Value Ratio.
The 3 Series is the best luxury car lease this month at 1.09%, up from fifth place in September. BMW trimmed the payment $20 to $459 a month with $4,939 at signing.
The listed sticker rose from $47,125 to $53,900, which drives most of the improvement from 1.29%. The 39-month term spreads the upfront cash further than most rivals.
The i4 is new to our list and lands at 1.13%, the best ratio of any fully electric luxury vehicle we track. It’s $549 a month with $4,849 due at signing.
On a $60,700 sticker that’s $684 a month in true cost. It’s the only electric car in either top five.
The A5 carries over September’s terms, $489 a month with $4,999 at signing over 36 months.
The listed sticker rose to $54,660, which moved the ratio from 1.25% to 1.15%. It’s the cheapest Audi car payment in the top five.
The 7 Series holds 1.18% again, but the offer itself got more expensive. BMW raised the payment $130 to $1,099 and the due at signing $1,130 to $9,199.
A higher listed sticker of $113,300 offset the increase. It’s still the strongest flagship sedan lease on the page.
The S5 is new this month at 1.19%, $719 a month with $5,308 at signing on a $72,675 sticker.
It’s the performance version of the A5. You pay $230 a month more for it, and the ratio is only four hundredths worse.

Notable luxury offers that did not make the cut this month
- 2026 Porsche Macan (ratio: 1.95%) The worst luxury lease we track this month. Porsche raised the payment $50 to $1,049, with $8,269 at signing on a $64,600 SUV. It has sat in walk-away territory all year.
- 2027 Mercedes-Benz EQS SUV (ratio: 1.91%) $1,489 a month with $9,157 at signing on a $91,400 electric SUV works out to $1,743 a month in true cost.
- 2027 Mercedes-Benz EQE SUV (ratio: 1.89%) $1,059 a month with $6,994 at signing on a $66,400 sticker. If you want an electric luxury vehicle, the BMW i4 and Volvo EX40 both rate far better.
How to evaluate any luxury lease deal
The 30-second deal check
Luxury payments are big enough that the monthly number stops being useful on its own. A $329 offer on a $45,150 Mercedes and a $1,099 offer on a $113,300 BMW rate within four hundredths of each other. The Lease Value Ratio is what puts them side by side.
Take your monthly payment, add the amount due at signing divided by the number of months, then divide by the sticker price and multiply by 100.
Value ratio = adjusted monthly / sticker x 100
For luxury vehicles, Fair-tier deals between 1.00% and 1.20% are strong results. Only the Volvo XC40 gets under 1.00% this month. If a dealer shows you a luxury car above 1.50%, push back on the vehicle price first.
