Hybrid & EV Warranty
Nissan’s Hybrid Electric Vehicle (HEV) Systems parts, including batteries, are covered for 96 months or 100,000 miles, whichever happens first.
Emissions Warranty
Nissan’s Federal Emissions Warranty offers coverage on all related parts for up to 8 years/80,000 miles.
What Is the Nissan Extended Warranty?
Nissan offers three extended warranty plan options for their new vehicles as well as one extended plan for CPO Nissan vehicles.
Gold Preferred Plan
The most extensive extended warranty plan that Nissan offers on new vehicles is the Gold Preferred Plan.
You can get coverage for up to 8 years or 120,000 miles, whichever comes first. This plan includes just about every part of your Nissan aside from regular vehicle maintenance, cosmetic issues, and physical damage.

Powertrain Preferred
The Powertrain Preferred Extended Warranty also lasts up to 8 years or 120,000 miles.
It includes every component of the powertrain, including:
- Engine Components
- Front / Rear / Four-Wheel Drive
- Transmission
The Powertrain Preferred Extended Warranty also includes 24-hour roadside assistance.
Gold Preferred Wrap Plan
The Gold Preferred Wrap Plan includes everything in the Gold Preferred Plan but is only offered on CPO Nissan vehicles.
Nissan Warranty Additional Benefits
Nissan warranties include additional benefits aside from replacement for major components.

How Much Does Nissan Extended Warranty Cost?
The price of your Nissan extended warranty will depend on what level of coverage you decide to get, what kind of Nissan vehicle you get, and how many years/miles you want your car to be covered for.
For many of their plans, you have the option of choosing between either a $0 deductible or a $100 deductible. This, of course, will affect how much you end up paying.

What Is Not Covered By Nissan Extended Warranty?
